Kevin is a hardworking, experienced, and effective trial lawyer who focuses on personal injury, maritime, and pharmaceutical litigation. Kevin grew up in Southeast Texas and attended The University of Texas at Austin on a partial academic scholarship, graduating with a business degree. After college, Kevin moved to Houston to attend South Texas College of Law, where he served as an award-winning member of the South Texas Law Review and competed in numerous national moot court competitions for the school’s nationally recognized program.
After law school, Kevin clerked for Justice Leslie B. Yates of the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston, where he had the opportunity to learn from one of the most senior justices on the court, gaining invaluable experience in appellate law. Following his clerkship, Kevin joined Shannon, Gracey, Ratliff & Miller, LLP, one of the oldest law firms in Texas. At Shannon Gracey, Kevin focused on commercial litigation and appeals, representing a variety of corporate and individual clients as plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes.
